Accredited courses to 250 individual and Non Accredited courses to 750 individuals in organisational development issues, business start up skills, ICT, Arts, Photography, Fashion. The accredited courses lead to qualifications to NVQs, ECDL, ESOL etc.

D. Small Grants programme

Finally, the project will have a small grants fund available to organisations to pay for specific capacity building needs, including training, piloting projects and one off capital expenditures to pay for equipment which will enhance the capacity of the organisation.
